Here were some of the questions we discussed:

  • How do I deal with becoming overstimulated by noise?
  • Is depression and anxiety normal after a brain injury?
  • I have changed since my brain injury. Can you help me with the shame that I feel about these changes?
  • Is my brain injury causing me to feel anxious about uncertainties COVID-19 is presenting?

May 2, 2020 Replay

In this call we were able to go deeper and get perspectives from many people that joined me live.

  • How to nicely tell a partner that they need a chance to try things and not do everything for them, with the balance of needing help sometimes also.
  • No amount of words will convince my partner that I am capable. What can I do?
  • Monitoring fatigue and emotions with your partner.
  • Feeling guilty when you just need to take some time to rest, or if you feel like you’re not able to do things.
  • How do I know if my depression and lack of motivation are caused from my brain injury?

Thanks again for taking the time to come together and share so openly and honestly. I loved being with all of you and getting to know you.
